LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) NO. CA2025(2) ROTATION LIST FOR DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES RURAL COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE CORPORATION (RCAC) RCAC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from licensed and insured professional engineering firms or individuals to provide drinking water and wastewater planning-phase civil engineering services for programs funded by the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). Selected firms will be placed on RCAC's Engineering Rotation List and may receive work assignments on a rotational basis. Required services must be performed under a California-licensed Professional Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer. This solicitation will not result in a direct contract with RCAC; however, RCAC intends to assign work to pre-approved firms deemed eligible for contracting.
