INTRODUCTION ORDINANCE SUMMARY On November 18, 2025, at a regularly scheduled meeting, the Placer County Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of an uncodified ordinance (Ordinance) to renew the North Lake Tahoe Tourism Business Improvement District (NLTTBID). This action will renew the NLTTBID for a ten (10) year term, beginning July 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter, and ending ten (10) years from its start date, under the provisions of the Property and Business Improvement District Law of 1994, California Streets and Highways Code Section 36600 et seq. The Ordinance also approves and adopts the NLTTBID Management District Plan (Plan).
