NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider an addendum to the Creekview Ranch Villages 1-3 Engineer's Report for Zone of Benefit 169 – Dry Creek. Pursuant to Government Code Section 25210 et seq., Conditions of Approval for Creekview Ranch require fair share payment of the costs to maintain facilities (Parks Services) within ZOB 169, and this requirement was fulfilled through annexation of Creekview Ranch Villages 1-3 property into ZOB 169 on October 22, 2024. This addendum will result in a reduction of $0.29 in assessment amount for the 1,646 existing payers within Zone 169. Following the addendum, the total number of payers in Zone 169 would be 1,878.
