WHEN: December 9, 2025, at 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as may be heard SUBJECT: Community Development Block Grant Public Hearing and Closeout Report of 21-CDBG-ED-10002 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to solicit comments on the submittal of the Community Development Block Grant Close Out Report (Contract Number 21-CDBG ED-10002) and adopt a Resolution acknowledging the accomplishments and confirming activity completion of Community Development Block Grant 21-CDBG ED-10002 – Placer County Business Needs Assessment and Assistance Program Strategic Operating Plan, and accepting the documentation that follows as the Community Development Block Grant Close Out Report. The program achieved the following outcomes: 1) Conducted Primary & Secondary Research to identify beneficiaries of the project involving enhancements to the Placer Business Resource Center, 2) Creation of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) that generated the desired project outcomes, and 3) A business model and plan was prepared for implementing the MVP.
