NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS Twin Rivers Unified School District invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for RFP No. 26-028 – Childrens Defense Fund Freedom School Program - Summer 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the District's bidding portal at https://colbisecurebids.com/o/trusd/26-028 no later than January 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Late submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place virtually at 9:15 a.m. on the same day and will not be conducted as a public event.
