PUBLIC NOTICE – Request for Applications (RFA): Adult Full Service Partnership (FSP) ProgramRFA No. BHSA/003 The Sacramento County Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Services, is seeking qualified providers to deliver high-intensity, recovery-oriented services through its Adult Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Program. This initiative provides Specialty Mental Health services to adults, ages 18 and older, who require intensive community-based supports due to the complexity and severity of their behavioral health needs. Organizations interested in submitting an application for the Adult FSP Program must have representation at the virtual Mandatory Applicants' Conference, Tuesday, December 2, 2025, 2:00pm to 3:00pm.
