NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors for the SAN JUAN WATER DISTRICT (District) will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider approval of Ordinance No. 25-01. Ordinance 25-01 proposes to amend various sections of Ordinance 18000 to authorize staff to assess Late-Payment Charges and Lien Processing Fees in accordance with Resolution 25-14 and the 2025 User Fee Study.
