Specifically, the ordinance rezones APNs 474-130-010-000, 474-130-022-000, 474-130-024-000 and portions of 474-130-007-000 and 474-130-009-000, comprising 46.4± acres, from their current zoning designations of RS-AG-B-20 (Residential Single-Family, combining Agriculture, combining a minimum Building Site of 20,000 square feet) and INP-DC (Industrial Park, combining Design Scenic Corridor) to RS-B-4 (Residential Single-Family, combining a minimum Building Site of 4,000 square feet); and rezones APNs 474-130-017-000, 474-130-018-000, and a portion of 474-130-007-000 and 474-130-009-000, comprising 18.8± acres, from their current zoning designations of RS-AG-B-20 (Residential Single Family, combining Agriculture, combining a minimum Building Site of 20,000 square feet) and INP-Dc (Industrial Park, combining Design Scenic Corridor) to RS-B-3 (Residential Single-Family, combining a minimum Building Site of 3,000 square feet).
