Summary Ordinance
On October 7, 2025, at the County Administrative Center, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603, the Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of an ordinance to rezone the properties identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs) 474-130-007-000, 474-130-009-000, 474-130-010-000, 474-130-017-000, 474-130-018-000, 474-130-022-000 and 474-130-024-000. Specifically, the ordinance rezones APNs 474-130-010-000, 474-130-022-000, 474-130-024-000 and portions of 474-130-007-000 and 474-130-009-000, comprising 46.4± acres, from their current zoning designations of RS-AG-B-20 (Residential Single-Family, combining Agriculture, combining a minimum Building Site of 20,000 square feet) and INP-DC (Industrial Park, combining Design Scenic Corridor) to RS-B-4 (Residential Single-Family, combining a minimum Building Site of 4,000 square feet); and rezones APNs 474-130-017-000, 474-130-018-000, and a portion of 474-130-007-000 and 474-130-009-000, comprising 18.8± acres, from their current zoning designations of RS-AG-B-20 (Residential Single Family, combining Agriculture, combining a minimum Building Site of 20,000 square feet) and INP-Dc (Industrial Park, combining Design Scenic Corridor) to RS-B-3 (Residential Single-Family, combining a minimum Building Site of 3,000 square feet).
