Public Notice On August 5 2025, at the County Administrative Center, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA. 95603, the Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of an ordinance implementing salary and benefit adjustments for appointed department heads, classified and unclassified management employees including safety management. The ordinance proposes general wage increases of 4.5% effective the first pay period following adoption, 3.5% with a pay date of July 10, 2026, and 3.5% with a pay date of July 9, 2027. The ordinance also includes provisions for an increased county match of up to $5,000 to employee 401(k) accounts per calendar year and increases the payment to employees who opt out of health coverage to $165 per pay period.
