TOWN OF CLOVER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 26-09 Pursuant to S.C. Code § 6-29-760, notice is hereby given that Clover Town Council will hold a public hearing on November 9, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Clover Community Center, 120 Bethel Street, Clover, South Carolina. Ordinance No. 26-09 would approve a major amendment to the existing Planned Development District (PDD) for Meadowcroft Preserve and Village, consisting of approximately 108.35 acres located along Sugar Hollow Road, Barrett Road, and US Highway 321, identified by York County Tax Map Numbers 0100801223, 0100801224, 0100801234, and 0100801235. The proposed amendment would establish development standards for a maximum of 50 residential dwelling units, common open space, and areas reserved for potential future commercial and nonresidential development. Any future commercial or nonresidential development within the designated areas would require a separate major PDD amendment and Town Council approval. The public may comment at the hearing or submit written comments to the Town Clerk before the hearing.
