NOTICE NOTICE OF FORTY FIVE DAY (45) PUBLIC REVIEW AND INTENT TO UPDATE THE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN FOR THE ROCK HILL - FORT MILL AREA TRANSPORTATION STUDY (RFATS). THE RFATS AREA INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ROCK HILL AND TEGA CAY, THE TOWN OF FORT MILL, THE CATAWBA NATION, THE EASTERN URBANIZED PORTION OF YORK COUNTY, AND THE PANHANDLE OF LANCASTER COUNTY. 1. Public Participation Plan – Every three years RFATS completes a review of its public participation to ensure its continued effectiveness and compliance with applicable federal and state planning requirements. This document is available for public review at the City of Rock Hill – Planning & Development Services Department, 3rd floor, Suite 300, City Hall from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
