NOTICE NOTICE OF THIRTY DAY (30) PUBLIC REVIEW AND INTENT TO FINALIZE UPDATING THE COLLECTOR ROAD PLAN FOR THE ROCK HILL - FORT MILL AREA TRANSPORTATION STUDY (RFATS). THE RFATS AREA INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ROCK HILL AND TEGA CAY, THE TOWN OF FORT MILL, THE CATAWBA NATION, THE EASTERN URBANIZED PORTION OF YORK COUNTY, AND THE PANHANDLE OF LANCASTER COUNTY. 1. Collector Road Plan Update – the existing plan is being updated to reflect latest land use; development patterns; and transportation network needs across the planning area. This document is available for public review at the City of Rock Hill – Planning & Development Services Department, 3rd floor, Suite 300, City Hall from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
