CITY OF ROCK HILL ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Rock Hill Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council's Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street, to consider the following: a. Appeal Z-2026-15: Request by Jason Allen for a variance to locational standards for a carport at 2003 Dearborn Dr. This parcel is zoned Single Family-5 (SF-5). Tax Map #589-02-01-001. b. Appeal Z-2026-16: Request by Karen Carroll for a special exception, variance to landscape buffer, and a separation reduction to establish a Special Heavy Manufacturing use at 2550 Vernsdale Rd.
