AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE
CIVIL ACTION NO. 2026CP4600035 BY VIRTUE of the judgment granted in Truist Bank vs. Elizabeth Robertson; Jeffrey Cleland; Truist Bank, the Master In Equity for York County, South Carolina, will sell on October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM or on another date approved by the Court, at the Master in Equity's Office, Courtroom 4, 1555 West Main Street, City of Rock Hill, State of South Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with any and all improvements located thereon, lying and being in the City of Rock Hill, York County, South Carolina, and being more particularly described as "retained by Belton" on a plat entitled "Plat of Property of E.D. Belton", prepared January 3, 1962, by C. Edgar Williams, Jr., Reg. Eng. and Sur., being described according to said plat as follows: Beginning at an iron on the Southern edge of South Trade Street, same being 439.4 feet from the Southern edge of sidewalk of Moore Street; then South 38-30 East 256.3 feet to an Iron; then South 46-56 West 55 feet to an Iron; then North 39-12 West 258.3 feet to an Iron; then with edge of South Trade Street North 49-05 East 58 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This being the same property conveyed to Elizabeth Robertson and Jeffrey Cleland, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, by deed of Tamara B. Ordway and Judy A. Gragg dated October 17, 2019, and recorded October 31, 2019, in Book 17876 at Page 246 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master In Equity, at conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of its bid, in cash or equivalent to be applied to the purchase price in case of compliance, but in the case of non-compliance to be forfeited and applied first to the costs of sale and the balance of Plaintiff's debt. If the highest bidder fails to comply with the bid within twenty (20) days, the Master In Equity may re-sell the property on some subsequent sales day.
No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding shall be final on the sale date, and the successful bidder may comply immediately.
Purchaser to pay for documentary stamps on the deed. The sale shall be subject to taxes, assessments, easements and restrictions of record, and any senior encumbrances.
If an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the sale, the property shall be withdrawn and sold at the next available sales date upon the same terms and conditions.
