The board will consider VA-Case No. 26-03, filed by Eli Witherspoon, requesting a variance from the required 20-foot rear setback to approximately 5 feet. The variance would allow for the construction of a second accessory building at 974 Bethel St., identified as Tax Map No. 010-06-01-008.
