Also, all that parcel or strip of land, to establish a temporary right of way, containing 361 square feet more or less, and all improvements thereon, if any, being described as follows: Within 40 feet of the construction centerline of S-251 (New Gray Rock Road), at approximate survey station 49+09, thence within 55 feet at approximate survey station 49+09, thence within 55 feet between approximate survey stations 49+09 and 49+35, thence within 40 feet at approximate survey station 49+35.
