AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE
CIVIL ACTION NO. 2025-CP-46-03801 BY VIRTUE of the judgment granted in PNC Bank, National Association vs. Laronda Y. White; The United States of America, acting by and through its Agency, The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Holly Hills Home Owners Association, the Master In Equity for York County, South Carolina, will sell on September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM, or on another date approved by the Court, at the Master in Equity's Office, York County Family Court Courtroom 4, at 1555 West Main Street, Rock Hill, SC 29732, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate in the Town of Rock Hill, York County, South Carolina, and being more particularly described as Lot 3, HOLLY HILL, Phase 1, Map 1, as shown on a plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book C-101, Page 3, Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, SC, also being more particularly described on a survey by Eastover Engineering & Surveying, Inc., which is by reference incorporated herein as part of this description.
This being the same property conveyed to Laronda Y. White by deed of Crossmann Communities of North Carolina, Inc., dated April 20, 2004, and recorded April 23, 2004, in Book 6201 at Page 96 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for York County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master In Equity, at conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of its bid, in cash or equivalent to be applied to the purchase price in case of compliance, but in the case of non-compliance to be forfeited and applied first to the costs of sale and the balance of Plaintiff's debt. If the highest bidder fails to comply with the bid within twenty (20) days, the Master In Equity may re-sell the property on some subsequent sales day.
Deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will remain open for a period of thirty (30) days as provided by law. The Plaintiff may waive its right to a deficiency judgment prior to sale.
Purchaser to pay for documentary stamps on the deed. The sale shall be subject to taxes, assessments, easements and restrictions of record, and any senior encumbrances.
The Defendant United States of America (non-IRS) waived in writing any federal right of redemption under 28 U.S.C. § 2410(c). The Defendant United States of America waived in writing any federal right of redemption under 28 U.S.C. § 2410(c).
If an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the sale, the property shall be withdrawn and sold at the next available sales date upon the same terms and conditions.
