Town of Fort Mill Public Hearing Notice Town Council will hold public hearings on Monday, August 24th at 6 PM at Town Hall located at 205 N. White Street, Fort Mill, South Carolina. Council will receive public comments on the following items: Case Number: 2026-205 An ordinance authorizing the entry by the Town of Fort Mill into a fourth amendment to development agreement with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority (CMHA), solely as to CMHA's property, to update the conceptual Master Plan for the CMHA property and to include newly annexed property, to update and extend CMHA's development schedule and the term to allow for the orderly development of the CMHA Property and to memorialize CMHA's commitment to support the Carolina Thread Trail by making improvements on CMHA's property; authorizing the execution and delivery of such amendment to development agreement; and other matters relating thereto An Ordinance to Amend the Town's Zoning Code as it relates to Election Signs.
