CITY OF ROCK HILL ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Rock Hill Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council's Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street, to consider the following: a. Appeal Z-2026-10: Request by Khoa Nguyen for a special exception to establish a vocational school at 851 Riverview Road. This parcel is zoned General Commercial (GC). Tax Map #662-07-01-027. b. Appeal Z-2026-11: Request by Michael Truesdale for a special exception for a residential infill use to build a new duplex at 668 East Black Street. This parcel is zoned Multi-Family 15 (MF-15).
