NOTICE OF PRIMARY STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA COUNTY OF YORK A Special Primary will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, for the Democratic Nomination for office of State Senate District 15 (Unexpired Term) to be elected at the November 2026 General Election. Any necessary runoffs will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Any person wishing to vote in the primaries and runoffs must register no later than Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026.
