Notice of Significant Industrial Wastewater Users – Noncompliance Publication In accordance with 40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(viii) of the Federal Pretreatment Regulations, Chester Sewer District is publishing notice of the following Significant Noncompliance with respect to permitted wastewater discharges to the District's Publicly Owned Treatment Works. In the first and second quarter of 2026, the discharge monitoring report for IKO Mat Tech Inc. (1775 Cedarhurst Road, Chester, SC 29706) showed violations for Copper Monthly Average loading limits and COD Monthly Average concentration limits.
