AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE, 155.1246: INTERPRETATION OF ZONING MAP, TO PERMIT A PARCEL WITH MORE THAN ONE DISTRICT BOUNDARY TO BE GOVERNED BY THE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF DISTRICT MAKING UP THE GREATEST AREA AND CHAPTER 154: LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, §154.004:INDIVIDUAL PLATS FOR LAND DIVISIONS, TO ALLOW COMBINATIONS OR RECOMBINATIONS OF LOTS COMPRISED OF MORE THAN ONE RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT; TO PROVIDE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING; AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
