NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF FORT MILL, SC The Mayor and Council of the Town of Fort Mill will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 pm on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Town Hall, 205 N. White Street, Fort Mill, South Carolina. During the Public Hearing, Council will receive public comments on the following items: Case Number: 2026-203 An ordinance annexing parcels currently or formerly known as York County Tax Map Numbers 661-00-00-030 and 658-00-00-106 containing approximately 10.986 acres +/- with a proposed zoning designation of MXU. Case Number: 2026-205 An ordinance authorizing the entry by the Town of Fort Mill into a fourth amendment to development agreement with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority (CMHA), solely as to CMHA's property, to update the conceptual Master Plan for the CMHA property and to include newly annexed property, to update and extend CMHA's development schedule and the term to allow for the orderly development of the CMHA Property and to memorialize CMHA's commitment to support the Carolina Thread Trail by making improvements on CMHA's property; authorizing the execution and delivery of such amendment to development agreement; and other matters relating thereto.
