NOTICE OF SALE
BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of:
John W. Grice, Jr. and Janice M. Grice v. The Estate of Robert Allan Schisler through Patricia M. Lee, Special Administrator, South Carolina Department of Revenue and South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (Case No.: 2025-CP-46-04685), I, the undersigned Teasa Weaver, Master-In-Equity for York County, will sell on August 3, 2026 at 11:00am in the courtroom at the Master-In-Equity, Courtroom C, 1675 York Highway, York, South Carolina to the highest bidder:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of S.C. Highway 161 corner within property and property of Heather Heights Apartments and running thence N. 32-45 E. 100 feet to a point; thence N. 48-35 E. 240 feet to an iron; thence N. 54-30 E. 260.6 feet to an iron; thence running S. 51-1 E. 140.6 feet to an iron; running thence with the center of said highway due west 810.6 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 4.1 acres, more or less, of which 0.704 acres is within the right of way of S.C. Highway No. 161.
LESS AND EXCEPT: That certain property conveyed to the South Carolina Department of Transportation by that certain deed dated April 27, 1999, and recorded July 28, 1999 in the office of the York County Register of Deeds, where it appears in Book 2893 at Page 76.
DERIVATION: This being the same property conveyed to Robert A. Schisler by deed of John W. Grice, Jr. and Janice M. Grice recorded in Record Book 18866 at Page 270.

SUBJECT TO YORK COUNTY TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS.
TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master-In-Equity at conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of his bid, in cash or equivalent as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to cost and then to Plaintiff's debt in the case of non-compliance. Should the last and highest bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within twenty (20) days, then the Master-In-Equity may resell the property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent sale day (at the risk of the said highest bidder). No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately. The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the amount of the bid from date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 15% per annum.
If the Plaintiff or the Plaintiff's representative does not appear at the above-described property, then the sales of the property will be null, void and of no force and effect. In such event, the sale will be rescheduled for the next available sales day. Plaintiff may waive any of its rights, including the right to a deficiency judgment, prior to sale. Said subject to taxes and assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record.
