CITY OF ROCK HILL PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF ROCK HILL ZONING ORDINANCE The City of Rock Hill Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider recommendations to City Council on proposed amendments to the City of Rock Hill Zoning Ordinance at their meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street. The proposed amendments to be heard and considered for recommendation to City Council are: MAP AMENDMENTS M-2026-06 Petition by Bolton & Menk, Inc. (Sean Paone) to rezone approximately 50 acres at 3286 Palmetto Parkway from Industry General (IG) to Master Planned Business/Industrial Park (MP-BIP). Tax Parcel 664-00-00-021 (portion). This item was deferred from the May 5, 2026, meeting. The applications and supporting materials are available upon request at City Hall. Interested members of the public and adjoining landowners will have the opportunity to speak at the hearing.
