PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the York County Planning Commission will meet on Monday June 8, 2026. This hearing will begin at 6:00 PM in the York County Council Chambers, at the York County Government Office, 6 South Congress Street, York, SC. The following request will be heard at this time:
1. Kevin Garton, on behalf of Robert Smith – New Horizon Electric Cooperative, is requesting the Planning Commission grant a waiver from the York County Land Development Code Table 154.111-1 (Minimum Driveway Separation Standards) along Old York Rd. Parcel 6520000022; District 1—Audette, Waiver # 26-3
2. Matt Pannell with Lennar Carolinas LLC, on behalf of Peggy Nivens, Vicki Nivens, Angela & Michael Massey, is requesting the Planning Commission grant a waiver from the York County Land Development Code Table 154.052(D), to allow a side setback of zero feet for contiguous sublots in a townhome development along Coltharp Rd. Parcels 6550000011, 6550000057, 6550000083; District 1—Audette, Waiver # 26-2
