PUBLIC NOTICE P/N: SAC-2026-00233 Your Marine Contractor(YMC) has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services for a State Water Quality Certification and Construction In Navigable Waters Permit to construct a 25' wide by 55' long concrete boat ramp with one dock finger. The stationary dock finger will be a maximum of 6' wide by 62' long. YMC proposes to also dredge from the Project Boundary at 5333 Charlotte Hwy Lake Wylie SC 29710 and out to navigable waters. This will be approximately 3952 cubic yards of dredge material over a distance of 3,100 feet for private use in Lake Wylie SC-Crowders Creek Cove.
