NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Pursuant to Sections 6-1-80 and 6-1-330 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended ("SC Code"), the Chester Sewer District Commission (the "Commission"), the governing body of the Chester Sewer District (d/b/a Chester County Wastewater Recovery) ("CWR"), will conduct public hearings regarding (1) the proposed annual budget for Fiscal Year 2026–2027 (the "Budget Hearing"), and (2) the adoption of all necessary fees and charges associated therewith (the "Fee Hearing" and together with the Budget Hearing, the "Hearings"). DETAILS • Date: Monday, June 15, 2026 • Time: 6:00 PM (or as soon thereafter as possible); the Fee Hearing will immediately follow the Budget Hearing • Location: The Gateway Conference Center 3200 Commerce Drive Richburg, South Carolina 29729 The Hearings will be conducted publicly, and all interested persons, including proponents and opponents of the proposed budget and fees, will be afforded a full opportunity to be heard, either in person or through counsel. PROPOSED BUDGET SUMMARY Consistent with Sections 6-1-80 and 6-1-330 of the SC Code, the following information is provided regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Budget, including operations and capital projects. Also, CWR does not levy taxes.
