CITY OF ROCK HILL ROCK HILL BOARD OF HISTORIC REVIEW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING The Rock Hill Board of Historic Review will hold a public hearing regarding the following items at their meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street, and will begin at 6:00 p.m. H-2026-02: Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request for a new triplex at 313 North Wilson Street by Jay Stikeleather for Courtney Denton. This property is part of the 313 North Wilson Street Historic District. Tax Parcel 627-22-02-030. The Board of Historic Review will be the final reviewing authority for the City. Interested members of the public and adjoining landowners will have the opportunity to speak at the hearing.
