TOWN OF CLOVER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town Council for the Town of Clover, South Carolina, will hold a Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 26-02 at the Town Council Meeting on Monday, June 8, 2026, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Clover Community Center, 120 Bethel Street, Clover, South Carolina. The purpose of Ordinance No. 26-02 is to establish updated water and sewer connection, capacity, meter, installation, and irrigation system connection fees; adopt a revised capacity fee schedule based on the Town's Water and Wastewater Capacity Fee Study; establish provisions related to installation requirements, credits and offsets, and administrative authority; and repeal inconsistent ordinances, including Ordinance 21-13.
