The 2026-2027 Rural Planning Work Program is hereby amended by action of the Catawba Regional Council of Governments Board at its May 14, 2026, meeting, subject to a 30-day public review period, as follows: Rural Planning Work Program (RPWP) – This document outlines the Catawba Regional Council of Governments' proposed annual work program as well as priority work tasks and planning projects during FY2025/2026 through FY 2026/2027 for the four-county Catawba COG Region. This document is available for public review at the Catawba Regional Council of Governments offices, located at 215 Hampton Street, Rock Hill, South Carolina, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
