NOTICE OF SALE CIVIL ACTION NO. 2026-CP-46-00057 BY VIRTUE of the judgment granted in Freedom Mortgage Corporation vs. Taja Sade Glasco; CCS RE SC Four LLC; Abrial Ridge Community Association, Inc., the Master In Equity for York County, South Carolina, will sell on June 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM, or on another date approved by the Court, at the Master in Equity's Office, Moss Justice Center, Courtroom C, 1675 York Hwy, City of York, State of South Carolina, to the highest bidder: BEING all of Lot 125, Abrial Ridge, Phase 1, as depicted in Plat Book 168, Pages 402 through 408, inclusive, York County Clerk of Court. This being the same property conveyed to Taja Sade Glasco by deed of D.R. Horton, Inc., dated December 29, 2022, and recorded December 29, 2022, in Book 20562 at Page 319 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina. Thereafter, Taja Sade Glasco conveyed the subject property to CCS RE SC Four LLC by deed dated December 15, 2023, and recorded December 19, 2023, in Book 21090 at Page 26 in said Records. CURRENT ADDRESS OF PROPERTY: 5027 Fandango Rd, York, SC 29745 TMS: 070-18-01-150 TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master In Equity, at conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of its bid, in cash or equivalent to be applied to the purchase price in case of compliance, but in the case of non-compliance to be forfeited and applied first to the costs of sale and the balance of Plaintiff's debt. If the highest bidder fails to comply with the bid within twenty (20) days, the Master In Equity may re-sell the property on some subsequent sales day. No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding shall be final on the sale date, and the successful bidder may comply immediately. Purchaser to pay for documentary stamps on the deed. The sale shall be subject to taxes, assessments, easements and restrictions of record, and any senior encumbrances. If an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the sale, the property shall be withdrawn and sold at the next available sales date upon the same terms and conditions.
