Barnes, a minor, The South Carolina Department of Revenue, Piedmont Medical Center, Defendants. It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, upon reading the Motion for the Appointment of Kelley Y. Woody, Esquire as Guardian ad Litem for all unknown persons and persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America (which are constituted as a class designated as "John Doe") and any unknown minors and persons who may be under a disability (which are constituted as a class designated as "Richard Roe"), it is ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 17, SCRCP, Kelley Y. Woody, Esquire is appointed Guardian ad Litem on behalf of all unknown persons and persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America (constituted as a class and designated as "John Doe"), all unknown minors or persons under a disability (constituted as a class and designated as "Richard Roe"), all of which have or may claim to have some interest in the property that is the subject of this action, commonly known as 1711 Hickory Ridge Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732, that Kelley Y. Woody, Esquire is empowered and directed to appear on behalf of and represent all unknown persons and persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America, constituted as a class and designated as "John Doe", all unknown minors and persons under a disability, constituted as a class and designated as "Richard Roe", unless the Defendants, or someone acting on their behalf, shall, within thirty (30) days after service of a copy of this Order as directed below, procure the appointment of a Guardian or Guardians ad Litem for the Defendants constituted as a class designated as "John Doe" or "Richard Roe". IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be served upon the unknown Defendants by publication in the Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of York, State of South Carolina, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, together with the Summons in the above entitled action. NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been commenced and is now pending or is about to be commenced in the Circuit Court upon the complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendant for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage of real estate heretofore given by Aaron Barnes, III to Planet Home Lending, LLC bearing date of May 14, 2021 and recorded May 21, 2021 in Mortgage Book 19280 at Page 219 in the Register of Mesne Conveyances/Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court for York County, in the original principal sum of Two Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand, One Hundred Seventy Four and 00/100 Dollars ($297,174.00). Thereafter, the mortgage was assigned to the Plaintiff by assignment to be recorded in said ROD Office., and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of York, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land lying, being and situate in Bethesda Township, York County, State of South Carolina, known and described as Lot 34, of Woodfield Subdivision Section 2", having the following courses and distances, metes and bounds: Beginning at an iron on the center line of a road know now, or to be known, as Hickory Ridge Road, being the common front corner of Lots 33 and 34 as shown on the plat referenced below; Thence S. 25-30 E. 234.78 feet along the center line of the said road to an iron on the center line of the said road and at the center line of Woodfield Road, being the common front corner of Lots 21 and 34 on Woodfield Road; Thence S. 74-29-36 W. 176.88 feet along the center line of Woodfield Road to an iron on the center line of Woodfield Road, being the common road front comer of Lots 34 and 35; Thence N. 27-54-50 W.168.05 feet along the common boundary line of Lots 34 and 35, through an iron located at the common road- front point of Lots 34 and 35 and on the Northwestern side of the right of way for Woodfield Road, to an iron; Thence N. 53-08-16 E. 184.24 feet along the common boundary line of Lots 33 and 34, through an iron located at the common road- front point of Lots 33 and 34 and on the Northwestern side of the right of way for Woodfield Road, to the point of Beginning, the said lot containing 0.81 acres; all as will appear by reference to the Plat of J.D.
