York City Council Public Hearing York City Council shall conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at York City Hall to consider a recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding the following: 1. An ordinance to amend Appendix A, Section VIII (16), of the City of York Code of Ordinances to add mini-warehouse/storage facility as a special exception use in the HC, Highway Commercial Zoning District. 2. An ordinance to amend Appendix A, Section VIII (1) (2) (12), of the City of York Code of Ordinances to remove poultry and livestock language from the R-15, Restricted Residential District; R-12, Residential District; and TU, Transitional Use District. 3. An ordinance to amend Appendix A, Section XIV (O), of the City of York Code of Ordinances to remove nonconforming fence enforcement language and add nonconforming fence language. 4. An ordinance to amend the York Meadows Planned Unit Development (PUD) District, previously approved by Ordinance 22-676, to modify the approved development plan and other matters thereto.
