LOMR Case No. 25-04-5324P Public Notice
The City of Rock Hill Department of Public Works, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Rock Hill's intent to revise the Little Dutchman Creek Tributary 1A flood hazard information, generally located between Highway 21 (Cherry Road) to the South and Cel-River Road (Route 161) to the North. Specifically, the floodway shall be revised from confluence with Little Dutchman Creek Tributary 1 to approximately 20 feet upstream of Beverly Hill Lane.
As a result of the revision, the floodway shall widen or narrow at various locations, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and/or decrease, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and/or narrow within the area of revision.
