Ayers; Base Camp Irrevocable Trust, a South Carolina Trust, Defendant(s). BY VIRTUE of the decree heretofore granted in the case of: TH MSR Holdings LLC vs. Nasha D. Young King aka Nasha Young aka Nasha Young-King aka Nasha Young King aka Nasha Duchelle Young-King aka Nasha D. Young-King aka Nasha Duchelle Young aka Nasha Duchelle King; Discover Bank; Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC; Midland Credit Management, Inc.; Rebecca L. Ayers; Base Camp Irrevocable Trust, a South Carolina Trust, the undersigned Master in Equity for York County, South Carolina, will sell on May 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the York County Courthouse, 1675 York Highway, York, SC 29745, to the highest bidder: All that certain lot of land beginning at a stake on Hope Street (known as 416 Hope Street), inner line of sidewalk corner of lot belonging to Linnie R. Smith and running thence with Hope Street North 64-12 East 50 feet to stake, and being 125 feet in depth; and being bounded on the North by Hope Street on the West by lot of Linnie R. Smith and W.W. Ayers and on the South and East by other lots of H.H. White and B.J. White. This being the same property conveyed to Nasha D. Young King by deed of Carolina Lake Homes, LLC, dated September 28, 2017, and recorded October 3, 2017, in Book RB 16623, Page 385, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for York County, South Carolina. Property Address: 416 Hope Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730 TMS#: 627-10-01-015 TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master in Equity, at conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of his bid, in certified funds, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to the purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to the Plaintiff's debt in the case of non-compliance. Should the last and highest bidder fail to comply with the other terms of the bid within thirty (20) days, then the Master in Equity may re-sell the property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent Sales Day (at the risk of the said highest bidder). In that a deficiency judgment is not being demanded, the bidding shall close on the bidding date. Purchaser to pay for documentary stamps on the Deed. The sale shall be subject to taxes and assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record, and any other senior encumbrances. Plaintiff may waive any of its rights, including its right to a deficiency judgment, prior to sale. In the event an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the time of sale, the within property shall be withdrawn from sale and sold at the next available sales date upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Master in Equity's Order and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or such terms as may be set forth in a supplemental order. This sale is subject to all title matters of record and any interested party should consider performing an independent title examination of the subject property as no warranty is given.
