CURRENT ADDRESS OF PROPERTY: 214 Overstone Ct, Fort Mill, SC 29715 TMS: 726-00-00-334 TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master In Equity, at conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of its bid, in cash or equivalent to be applied to the purchase price in case of compliance, but in the case of non-compliance to be forfeited and applied first to the costs of sale and the balance of Plaintiff's debt. If the highest bidder fails to comply with the bid within twenty (20) days, the Master In Equity may re-sell the property on some subsequent sales day. No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding shall be final on the sale date, and the successful bidder may comply immediately. Purchaser to pay for documentary stamps on the deed.
