NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been commenced and is now pending or is about to be commenced in the Circuit Court upon the complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendant for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage of real estate heretofore given by Coralyn Management Group, LLC to EF MORTGAGE LLC bearing date of April 5, 2024 and recorded April 11, 2024 in Mortgage Book 21249 at Page 139 in the Register of Mesne Conveyances/Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court for York County, in the original principal sum of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand, Forty One and 18/100 Dollars ($225,041.18).
