ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR LOT OF LAND, WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE TOWN OF CLOVER, IN THE COUNTY OF YORK, STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 192 ON A PLAT ENTITLED "A SUBDIVISION FOR THE AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY, CLOVER, SOUTH CAROLINA, "BY PICKELL AND PICKELL, ENGINEERS, GREENVILLE, SC, DATED JULY, 1950, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT FOR YORK COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 116, HAVING THE METES AND BOUNDS, COURSES AND DISTANCES AS UPON SAID PLAT APPEAR. THE HOUSE ON SAID LOT IS KNOWN AS 202 POPLAR STREET, AND THE LOT, ACCORDING TO SAID PLAT, FRONTS UPON THE NORTH SIDE OF POPLAR STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF 70 FEET, AND EXTENDS BACK 125 FEET, MORE OR LESS.
Subject to easements and Restrictions of record and otherwise affecting the property.
Being the same property conveyed from the Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, solely in its capacity as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of December 1, 1998, Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 1998-4 unto CMB Properties Ventures, LLC, by virtue of a Special Warranty Deed dated December 8, 2005 and recorded December 14, 2005 in Book 7653 at Page 163, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for York County, South Carolina.
Thereafter, CMB Property Ventures, LLC, a Limited Liability Partnership conveyed its interest in the subject property to Bayview Financial Property Trust by Warranty Deed dated December 28, 2006 and recorded January 30, 2007 in Book 8789 at Page 60, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for York County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: For cash. Interest at the current rate of 9.5% to be paid on balance of bid from date of sale to date of compliance. The purchaser to pay for papers and stamps, and that the successful bidder or bidders, other than the Plaintiff therein, will, upon the acceptance of his or her bid, deposit with the Master-in-Equity for York County a certified check or cash in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of bid on said premises at the sale as evidence of good faith in bidding, and subject to any resale of said premises under Order of this Court; and in the event the said purchaser or purchasers fail to comply with the terms of sale within Twenty (20) days, the Master-in-Equity for York County shall forthwith resell the said property, after the due notice and advertisement, and shall continue to sell the same each subsequent sales day until a purchaser, who shall comply with the terms of sale, shall be obtained, such sales to be made at the risk of the former purchaser. Since a personal or deficiency judgment is waived, the bidding will not remain open but compliance with the bid may be made immediately. Plaintiff may waive any of its rights prior to sale. Sold subject to taxes and assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record. Neither the Court, nor Plaintiff, nor Plaintiff's counsel makes any warranty of title or representations with regard to the condition or existence of any improvements on the subject property. Prospective bidders may wish to assess these matters to their satisfaction prior to sale.
