The Town of Clover Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 6:00pm at the Clover Community Center, 120 Bethel Street, Clover, SC, to consider Cases #26-01, an Appeal application filed by Mike Pinti and Chris Ferguson to request an RV/Boat storage in B-2 Highway Commercial to allow the establishment of a use not otherwise permitted at Quinn Street, Tax Map # 010-03-08-132.
Variance application #26-02 filed by John Preston requesting relief from setback requirements from arterial streets, on property located at 507 N. Main Street, Tax Map# 010-02-13-008.
