THE RFATS AREA INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ROCK HILL AND TEGA CAY, THE TOWN OF FORT MILL, THE CATAWBA NATION, THE EASTERN URBANIZED PORTION OF YORK COUNTY, AND THE PANHANDLE OF LANCASTER COUNTY. I.
