NOTICE OF ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM NISI AND ATTORNEY
TO: THE DEFENDANTS HEREIN, NAMES AND ADDRESSES UNKNOWN, INCLUDING ANY THEREOF WHO MAY BE MINORS, IMPRISONED PERSONS, INCOMPETENT PERSONS, UNDER OTHER LEGAL DISABILITY OR IN THE MILITARY SERVICE, IF ANY, WHETHER RESIDENTS OR NON-RESIDENTS OF SOUTH CAROLINA AND TO THE NATURAL, GENERAL, TESTAMENTARY GUARDIAN OR COMMITTEE, OR OTHERWISE, AND TO THE PERSON WITH WHOM THEY MAY RESIDE, IF ANY THERE BE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Motion for an order appointing Kelley Woody, Esquire, as Guardian ad Litem Nisi, for all persons whomsoever herein collectively designated as Richard Roe or John Doe, defendants herein, names and addresses unknown, including any thereof who may be minors, imprisoned persons, incompetent persons, or under other legal disability, and as Attorney for said parties who may be in the military service, whether residents or non-residents of South Carolina, was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County.
YOU WILL FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that unless the said minors or persons under other legal disability, if any, or someone in their behalf or in behalf of any of them, shall within thirty (30) days after service of notice of this order upon them by publication, exclusive of the day of such service, procure to be appointed for them, or either of them, a Guardian ad Litem to represent them for the purposes of this action, the appointment of said Guardian ad Litem Nisi and Attorney shall be made absolute.

OF FILING COMPLAINT
TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED:
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your answer to the said Complaint upon the subscribers, at their office, 3200 Devine Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29205 or Post Office Box 11682, Columbia, South Carolina 29211, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint in the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the original Complaint in the above entitled action was filed in the office of the Clerk of Court for York County on December 29, 2025.
LIS PENDENS
TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action will be commenced in this Court upon the Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants for confirmation of tax sale deeds and seeking a declaratory judgment to quiet title to the property described herein below in the name of the Plaintiff.
At the time of the filing of this notice, the premises affected by the said action were situated in the County of York, State of South Carolina, and are described as follows:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate near the southeastern end of Heisler Road, Catawba Township, York County, South Carolina, containing 1.615 acres, more or less, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 33, Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at point joint front corner with revised Lot 5, said point being 1,386 feet, more or less, southeast of intersection of Heisler Road and Blue Road, and running thence along joint dividing line with revised Lot 5, N 51-52-00 E 264.75 feet to a point; thence along the rear of the property, S 38-04-50 E 75.49 feet, and S 34-54-00 E 227.52 feet to a point; thence S 65-27-00 W 253.70 feet to a point; thence N 39-22-10 W 243.12 feet to the point of beginning. The aforesaid lot is a portion of Lot 6 on Plat recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 271, Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina. The dividing line between Lots 5 and 6 was revised, said revision shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 102, Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, SC.
Together with a right-of-way for ingress and egress to and from the above described property and Heisler Road along the existing gravel drive as shown on the plat recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 33. Said right-of-way is appurtenant to the subject property and runs with the land.
And one (1) 1986 Phoenix Mobile Home, Serial Number WHGA1534.
This being the same property conveyed to Roy T. Rollins by deed of James R. Blanks, Jr. dated February 10, 2006 and recorded February 13, 2006 in Book 7794 at Page 38 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County. Subsequently, the property was conveyed to Redrock Capital, LLC by Tax Deed of Tracy Mattevi, Deputy Treasurer/Collections Supervisor for York County, dated November 21, 2019 and recorded December 5, 2019 in Book 17946 at Page 250 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County. Thereafter, Redrock Capital, LLC conveyed the same property to JPS Holdings, LLC by quitclaim deed dated March 9, 2020 and recorded March 16, 2020 in Book 18135 at Page 103 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County.
