REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS # 14-RFP-002 The Housing Authority of the City of Rock Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide Integrated Pest Management Services & Bedbug Treatment Services (as needed) for The Authority's Communities and Offices in Rock Hill, South Carolina & Great Falls, SC.
