NOTICE OF SALE BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for Freddie Mac SLST 2024-1 Participation Interest Trust vs. Alana Dunn; Fieldstone Property Owners Association, Inc.; C/A No. 2025CP4604102, the following property will be sold by Teasa Weaver as Master in Equity, on April 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Moss Justice Center, 1675 York Highway, York South Carolina 29745 Courthouse to the highest bidder: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate in the State of South Carolina, County of York, being designated as Lot 87 of Fieldstone Subdivision, being shown on a plat of property surveyed for Fieldstone at Waterstone as shown in Plat Book C-291 at Page 5 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina, to which plat reference is made for a more particular description as to metes and bounds. TERMS OF SALE: A 5% deposit in certified funds is required. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless the bidder defaults, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. If the successful bidder fails, or refuses, to make the required deposit, or comply with his bid within 20 days, then the property will be resold at his risk. No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately.
