During the Public Hearing, Council will receive public comments on the following items: Case Number: 2025-456 An ordinance annexing parcels currently or formerly known as York County Tax Map Numbers: 707-00-00-017, 707-00-00-057, 707-00-00-016 (portion of), 709-00-00-013 (portion of), 709-00-00-023 (portion of), 707-00-00-051 (portion of) containing approximately +/- 73.843 acres with a proposed zoning designation of MXU, Arden Mill. Case Number: 2025-457 An ordinance to rezone the parcel currently or formerly known as York County Tax Map Number: 020-13-01-001 containing approximately +/- 3 acres from R-15 to MXU, Arden Mill. Case Number: 2025-458 An ordinance to amend the Mixed Use Concept Plan and Development Conditions for the Fort Mill Reserve, also known as Arden Mill, MXU (Town of Fort Mill Ordinance, 2016-42).
