NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING- AAP UPDATE 2026-2027 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM Notice is hereby given that the City of Rock Hill will hold a public hearing on March 19, 2026, at 3:30 pm in order to discuss the City of Rock Hill's 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan. This public hearing will provide an overview of the CDBG program, discussion of eligible activities, and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and provide input. The CDBG Program gives maximum feasible priority to activities that benefit low- and moderate-income persons and/or aid in the prevention and elimination of slum and blight.
