NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Rock Hill Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council's Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street, to consider the following:
Appeal Z-2026-05: Request by Heather Brown for a variance to the locational standards for a carport at 431 Railroad Avenue. This property is zoned Multi-Family 15 (MF-15). Tax Map number 598-24-01-039.
Appeal Z-2026-06: Request by Razor Sharp Barber & Beauty Shop (Leslie Benson) for a Special Exception to reestablish a commercial use in a residentially zoned district for a barber shop at 324 Pursley Street. This property is zoned Single-Family 5 (SF-5). Tax map number 592-02-03-015.
