NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors for the SAN JUAN WATER DISTRICT (District) will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Ordinance 26-01 proposes to amend Ordinance 1200 allowing compensation for up to ten (10) days in any calendar month at $200 per day of service, and Ordinance 26-02 proposes to remove section 4000.02 Petty Cash Purchases.
