STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA COUNTY OF YORK IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS SIXTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT NOTICE OF FILING Case No.: 2025CP4604389 Scenic View Inc., Plaintiff vs. R. Eugene Victorian, Judith W. Victorian, Kimberly Jane Higgins, Kent Victorian and their Heirs, Personal Representatives, Administrators, Successors and Assigns, and all other persons or entities entitled to claim through them; all unknown persons or entities, known or unknown, claiming any right, title or interest, whether estate, lien or other, in real estate described herein, including any persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America, being a class designated as John Doe and any unknown minors or persons under a disability being a class designated as Richard Roe, Defendants. TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED: SUMMONS YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your answer to the Complaint upon the subscribers, at his office, 303 North Main Street, Clover, South Carolina 29710, within thirty (30) days, after service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint in the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. LIS PENDENS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action will be commenced in this Court upon the Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants to quiet the title and declare the Plaintiff has adversely possessed the subject property. At the time of the filing of this notice, the premises affected by the said action were situated in the County of York, State of South Carolina, and are described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land lying, being and situate in York County, South Carolina, containing ONE AND 24/100 (1.24) acres, more or less, and being more particularly described as Trace No. 10, according to a plat entitled "Wildwood Acres, Section 3" prepared by Bradford M. Hucks & Son, SCRLS, which plat, recorded in Plat Book 58 at Page 8, Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina, is by reference incorporated herein as part of this description. Derivation: This being the property conveyed to Scenic View, Inc. by deed of Judith W. Victorian dated February 28, 2002, and recorded March 11, 2002, in Record Book 4238, Page 260 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina. For Informational Purposes Only: Tax Map Number 390-00-00-070. GUARDIAN AD LITEM NISI NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that William M. Brice, III, whose address is 9 N. Roosevelt Street, York, S.C. 29745 has been appointed Guardian ad Litem in the above-entitled action, by Order and that such Order will become absolute thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice Nisi, unless such of the defendants as may be infants, incompetents, or otherwise under any disability or someone on their behalf shall in the meantime procure to be appointed a Guardian ad Litem for them, and that such Order is on file in the Office of the Clerk of County for York County, South Carolina. s/Daniel H.
