NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Rock Hill Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council's Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street, to consider the following:
Appeal Z-2026-01: Request by Walter Rocha for a variance to setbacks and locational standards for a carport at 546 Liberty St. This property is zoned Single-Family 5 (SF-5). Tax map number is 627-02-02-044.
Appeal Z-2026-03: Request by Fr. Agustin Guzman for a special exception for a columbarium at 911 Crawford Rd. This property is zoned Single-Family 4 (SF-4). Tax map number is 600-12-01-004.
Appeal Z-2026-04: Request by Suraj Hirendra Singh for a separation reduction for a liquor store at 1912 Mt. Gallant Rd. suite 104-105. This property is located in the Riverview Commons Master Plan district (MP-C). Tax map number is 636-01-01-211.

Interested members of the public and adjoining landowners will have the opportunity to speak at the hearing.
